Flora Beach Burlingame Back in Mariposa and the weather has been blustery. Wild winds blew a huge branch off an Oak at the entrance to our drive blocking our exit and traffic on Hilltop. A neighbor kindly chugged his tractor up here and pushed the debris out of the way. Several days later, we learned a towering bull pine on our property behind the garage blew down–landing across the neighbor’s fence–a lot of clean up to do. At least her sheep didn’t discover the new escape route.
Waiting for family and books to arrive for the first book signing this coming weekend. A phone call from the local book dealer confirmed a box arrived today. Hooray! Hooray!
