Northwest Adventure

Here we are in the great Northwest (Redmond, WA), visiting our son and family. Before and after Thanksgiving dinner, we filled our days checking out other family members–quite a few up here. Daughter-in-law Lisa’s folks recently moved to a fabulous retirement community nearby. My niece Laurie, real estate agent extraordinaire, helped us do a little house-hunting, but our Mariposa property is tugging at us.

A visit to Kingston, ala a ferry boat ride, brought an enjoyable afternoon with my brother Ken, his wife Carol, and more nieces and nephews.

All the while I anxiously awaited the release of THE BOOK, hung up at the printers due to problems with the cover. Looks like that issue is now resolved and hopefully we are off and running.

Tomorrow, November 29, we fly home to a very busy December
